  • Cancellations or changes to your reservation incur a $35 fee and must be done 7 days prior to your check in date. Cancellations made after this time incur a fee of one nights lodging.

We are not able to host weddings or special events at our site.

Access to Rocky Springs Park

Rocky Springs Park is a privately owned park. The grounds are only open to guests of Rocky Springs Bed & Breakfast.

Policies for Professional Photographers at the Park

Scheduling

Rocky Springs Park is a privately owned park and is not open for general photography. Professional portrait, family and bridal photography sessions may be possible by permission only. Please call or email the innkeeper in advance for permission and scheduling. We require 24 hours notice for photo sessions during weekdays and 48 hours notice during weekends. If the park is in use by a group, permission will not be given.

Site Location Charge

If permission is given for a Professional photo session at Rocky Springs, the site location charge per photo session is $25.00 for single subject photos, $50 for group or family portraits, and $100 for bridal party photos. Make check payable to “Rocky Springs Park LP” and give to the innkeeper or caretaker before your photo session or mail to Rocky Springs Park, 1441 Millport Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 in advance.

Rules

A completed and signed copy of the Rocky Springs Park Photography Rules and Agreement must accompany your payment. Click on the link to download and print the agreement.
